To complete your subscription and begin your journey, follow the instructions via PayPal. Once finished, return to this page to access your digital content.
Please make sure to review the sign-up and mailing details in the FAQ before subscribing.

Schritt 2: Fill out the Form
Fill out the form to ensure your letters and artifacts arrive safely. After submitting, you’ll receive an email with all the next steps to access your content.

Schritt 3: Konto erstellen
After submitting the form, you’ll receive an email with a link to the Membership Area. Create your account to gain full access to your letters, artifacts, and digital content.

Access is reserved for active, paying members only.
Registrations will be verified and removed if no valid subscription is active.

If you want to join the Mail Club, here are a few things to know
to get the most out of your experience:

To receive your Letter, your subscription should be completed between the 1st and 18th of the month.
All letters are sent on the 28th of each month.
Subscriptions received after the 28th will receive the letter for the following month.
Example: If you subscribe on December 27th, you’ll receive the January letter.
If you subscribe on December 29st, you’ll receive the February letter.

All letters are personally prepared and sent by me by the end of the previous month, and shipping costs are already included.
Please note: there is no tracking number. Letters are sent as standard mail. If you haven’t received your letter within 14 days, please send me an email.
I personally package every order with care and attention, and I greatly appreciate your patience!

Once you submit the sign-up form, you’ll receive an email guiding you through the next steps—helping you create your account and access the digital content.
Some letters include QR codes that take you directly to the digital content when you’re logged into your account on the website.
Digital content is unlocked on the 1st of every month.
Sign up for the Letters from Ananthara Newsletter so you don’t miss any unlocks.
Note: Access to the membership area and digital content is only available with an active subscription. If you make a one-time purchase in the shop, digital content is not included.

Digital content is unlocked on the 1st of each month. If you receive your letter before the start of the new month—for example, on January 30th—the corresponding digital content will become available on February 1st in the membership area.
Make sure you are signed up on the website to access the digital Content.

Letters are shipped on the last business day of each calendar month. This means that if you sign up after midnight on the 1st of the month (CEST), your letter will be sent on the last day of that same month.

The Ananthara Mail is sent via regular mail on the last business day of each month (no tracking included).
Within Germany: Delivery usually takes about one week in larger cities.
Internationally: Delivery can take up to 15 business days.

Yes! All past Letters from Ananthara can be reordered anytime in the shop.
Simply visit the shop and select the letters you want to receive.
Please note: digital content is only available with an active subscription, so backordered letters will include the physical mail only.

You can update your address directly in your PayPal account. Please also send me an email with your updated address to ensure your Letters from Ananthara are sent to the correct place.

The Mail Club is billed on the same day of the month you originally signed up. For example, if you sign up on July 15th, you will be billed on August 15th, September 15th, and so on.
To cancel your subscription, simply do so before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.

Before switching to a new subscription, you need to cancel your current subscription first. After canceling, you can sign up for your new subscription.

Navigate to Payments → Automatic Payments
Click Manage Automatic Payments
Select the subscription you want to cancel
Click Cancel or Cancel Subscription

Wenn du den Mail Club abonnieren möchtest, solltest du einige Dinge beachten.

Um den Januar-Brief zu erhalten, sollten Sie ein Abonnement zwischen dem 1. und 18. des Monats abschließen.
Alle Briefe werden am 28. jedes Monats verschickt.
Alle Abonnements, die danach eingehen, erhalten ihren Brief für den folgenden Monat.
Wenn Sie sich beispielsweise am 18. Dezember angemeldet haben, erhalten Sie Ihren Brief für Januar.
Wenn Sie sich am 21. Dezember angemeldet haben, erhalten Sie den Brief für Februar.

Die Briefe werden von mir persönlich bis zum Ende des Vormonats bearbeitet und versandt und enthalten bereits die Versandkosten. Ich verpacke alle Bestellungen selbst mit viel Liebe und Sorgfalt und bin Ihnen für Ihre Geduld sehr dankbar!

Dein Konto wird mit Abschließen des Abonnements erstellt und du erhälsts in deinem Profil Zugriff auf den Membership-Bereich, indem die digitalen Inhalte zur Verfügung gestellt werden.
Einige Briefe enthalten QR Codes die dich direktauf die digitalen Inhalte verweisen.
Bitte Logge dich auf der Website über den Login Button ein und Scanne den QR Code erneut.
Falls du nicht eingeloggt bist, wirst du auf eine Seite geleitet die dich bittet ein Abo abzuschließen. Klickst du auf eines der Abos, kannst du dich auch einloggen.

Die digitalen Inhalte werden zum 1. jedes Monats freigeschaltet. Falls du deinen Brief schon vor dem neuen Monat erhältst, zum Beispiel am 30. Januar, wird der digitale Inhalt des Briefes am 1. Februar im Membership Bereich freigeschaltet

Die Briefe werden am letzten Werktag jedes Kalendermonats versandt. Das bedeutet, wenn Sie sich irgendwann nach Mitternacht des 1. des Monats (CEST) anmelden, wird Ihr Brief am letzten Tag dieses Monats versandt.

Die Ananthara Mail wird am letzten Werktag jedes Monats per normaler Post (ohne Sendungsverfolgung) verschickt. Wenn Sie in Deutschland leben, kommen Briefe in den größeren Städten in der Regel innerhalb von einer Woche an.
Wenn Sie im Ausland leben, kann es bis zu 15 Werktage dauern, bis die Briefe ankommen.
Wenn Sie Ihren Brief innerhalb von vier Wochen nach Versand noch nicht erhalten haben, wenden Sie sich bitte per E-Mail an info@wyldheartstudio.com

Um Ihre Adresse bei StampFans zu ändern, melden Sie sich bei Ihrer StampFans Stripe-Kontoverwaltungsseite an, wo Sie Ihre Rechnungsdaten, einschließlich Ihrer Adresse, jederzeit aktualisieren können.

Der Mail Club wird am selben Tag des Monats in Rechnung gestellt, an dem Sie sich ursprünglich angemeldet haben. Wenn Sie sich also am 15. Juli anmelden, wird Ihnen die Rechnung am 15. August und am 15. September usw. gestellt! Wenn Sie Ihr Abonnement kündigen möchten, müssen Sie dies lediglich vor Ihrem nächsten Abrechnungszeitraum tun.
